English Composition

Hello. My name is Lena Smazenka, and I am a senior at Bullock Creek High School. This semester, I have been taking Composition online through Michigan Virtual to complete my high school English credit. The hardest thing for me this semester was to stay motivated and on top of my work while I was at low points with my motivation. I, however, was very comfortable with the research portion of this class. This class has helped me better realize my struggle points as a writer and given me things to work on, as well as giving me practice while completing the lessons. 

I greatly enjoyed this class during this past semester. I especially enjoyed the use of creativity to engage students and help them learn further. The ability to use art to learn made the lessons much more enjoyable while helping me learn the information I was presenting at a deeper level. Thank you to Ms. Barense for getting grades back so quickly and for providing constructive feedback to help me learn better.
